Loveland's City Council will hold a special meeting tomorrow June 9 to announce the selection of United Properties as the "partner" selected to negotiate buying the Agilent campus in Loveland. United Properties did not formally submit a bid to the City of Loveland to re-develop the former Agilent Campus but was chosen instead by CAMT to negotiate an agreement to buy and redevelop the campus. Loveland received proposals from Loveland Commercial, McWhinney Enterprises, The Neenan Company, Orton, Old Vine/Zing!, Next Generation Holdings LLC and IRG.
Minnesota based United Properties is a reputable commercial real estate development company and investor with projects mostly in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Colorado. The Denver Colorado office will be handling the ACE Project in Loveland. United Properties will undoubtedly bring needed credibility to the ACE Project not just as a commercial developer but also as a potential investor with deep pockets capable of finishing the project with its own funds if necessary.
