November of 2003.  Seen as
primarily non-controversial.  He
recently supported taxpayer
rights to use public roads.  Call

most of his life in Chicago.  Previous owner
of a nursery (now Loveland Garden Center).

from his colleagues at times for his
outspoken manner but tops the charts with
residents of Loveland who describe him as
the "Lone Wolf of Reason" in a crowd of

owns a business.
